If you are completely dissatisfied with the wellness box that you receive then we can communicate over email to address the issue. Refunds are available pending these conversations.
If any items become damaged in transport, a new box will be issued immediately. Pictures required of the damage.
We utilize Canada Post expedited shipping. We charge flat rate shipping. We ship every Tuesday, so if you place an order on a Wednesday, it will not be shipped until the following Tuesday. This is to allow us to keep our costs down to provide the best products for you.
