These sessions are a free service that we provide for you to gain clarity around what self-care can mean to you.  We meet for a coffee either in your home or at a coffee shop (coffee, tea, water, juice is on us!) and we spend time together.  I get to know you and we come up with a plan that makes sense for your life and your timeline.

These parties are booked at a location of choice.  These parties include a red velvet cake with a name chosen by the person who has started menstruating.  Call it a naming ceremony if you will.  The young person will also receive their very first menstrual product wellness kit that includes many amazing products.  Alternatively, they can choose a shave kit if that is their preference.
